What is this 'new round' you are talking about? That is all that I'm asking. The Mk316 Mod0 was first loaded in 2009 and is still in use today. The M118LR was first loaded in 1995 and is still in use today. The M118 was first loaded in 1960 and discontinued in 1982. I think you are confused, mixed the cartridges, and are now in too deep to back down.
